is a comfortable centrally heated self catering
cottage for holiday rental. |

The cottage is
conveniently located in the historic/artistic town of Kirkcudbright
in Dumfries and Galloway, south west Scotland. |

Skye House
accommodation is both neat and practical, comprising a spacious
lounge with dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen,
bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms (master bedroom with king size
four poster bed, second bedroom with twin beds and an extra toilet).

level are the
lounge and kitchen. |

The
modern kitchen has ample work surfaces with matching units;with an
electric ceramic hob and oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave
oven and fridge/freezer.
The
comfortable lounge is fully carpeted and furnished with a
three-piece suite, dining table and chairs, a coal effect gas fire,
TV, video and hi-fi. |

On the second
floor are the
main bedroom and bathroom.
The large
master bedroom is fully fitted out with a king size four-poster bed
and generous wardrobe space. Through the windows are views down
Castle Street to McLellan's Castle. The ample bathroom has a
toilet, washbasin, bath with an electric shower. The room is
part tiled, complete with cabinet & shaver point.

On the top
floor is the
second bedroom.
This bedroom has a range of fitted furniture and a vanity unit with
h&c water. There is an adjacent toilet. Two single beds are
provided. A folding guest bed, a sofa bed, cot and baby
chair are available. In the basement are the laundry (washing
machine/drying facilities), and play room. (Click

including Hotel/Restaurant, Cafes, Supermarkets, Museums,
Galleries, Post Office and Tourist Information, Swimming pool,Tennis
courts, Squash club and Golf, all within walking distance. |

and Walkers
are welcome. Secure storage and drying facilities available |

Car Parking is
freely available on High Street outside the house. |
